OVERVIEW
This device is used for the Pre-personalization and Personalization of contact/contactless Cards such as: Public Transportation Cards, Social Security Cards etc...

Failed Cards could be re-personalized during production. PTH-1502 works on high speed, high-accuracy, and high stability. Customization and secondary development, are also supported.

FEATURES
• PTH-1502 series are mainly used for contact/contactless card pre-personalization, personalization and laser marking, such as SIM Card, Healthcare Insurance Card, Public Parking Payment Card, Loyalty & Membership Card etc.

• The failed cards can be re-personalized on-line during production.

• Both contact and contactless personalization can be realized without any adjustment of mechanical parts.

• PTH-1502 series are able to work with high speed, high precision, and high stability.

• Customization and secondary development are supported.

CONFIGURATIONS

• Input Module
There is one removable input magazine, and the Max. Capacity is 300pcs, which can be customized.

• Contact/Contactless Chip Encoding Module
Equipped with two lift-towers. One has 4 contact perso stations, and the other has 2 contactless perso stations. The two towers can work at the same time or disabled any one.

• Flipping Module
It decides which side to be printed on.

• Laser Module
Equipped with 12-watt air-cooled laser, and graphical personalization can be realized accordingly with marking accuracy of ± 0.2mm.

• Output Module
There is one removable output magazine, and the Max. Capacity is 300pcs, which can be customized.

• Optional Module
OCR Module: Check the accuracy of laser marking contents or read the surface information of card before personalization.
Contact Personalization Module: Both towers are configured with 8 contact readers in total for contact personalization.
Contactless Personalization Module: Both towers are configured with 4 contactless readers in total for contactless personalization.

Enough Spare Parts Preparation for you…
Engineer to customer’s site for training & repairment
Our equipments have 12 months for quality guarantee after sale. If the equipments do not work because of self cause, we will do free service and change the damaged spare parts.
We will do life-long maintenance for all of our sold equipments. After quality guarantee period, if you can not maintain the equipments by self, we are under an obligation to go to work place and assist you to make maintenance. The cost of spare parts as well as expenses of traveling and man-hour of worker will be negotiated separately. Spare parts will be supported whether during guarantee period or not.
After have finished maintenance, our service engineer will do training for the operators in plenty of time so that operators can be ensured to independently make operation, debugging and daily plant maintenance.

A: We accept payment by L/C, T/T, Western Union. Sorry while credit card is not available nowadays.

A: Shipping via your courier account. Or shipping via our DHL, FedEx, UPS, airline account, customer is responsible for freight.
