OVERVIEW

The EMP-8050F Card Sorter has a modular design for high volume, fast and secure cards sorting. It can be configured in any way that is needed to sort cards quickly and efficiently. Limitless optional configurations are certain to satisfy any card sorting requirements.

Sorting parameters driven by specific modules include contact and contactless smartcards, magnetic strip cards, visual artwork, barcode.

The windows-based built-in EMP Sorting Software Platform makes the card delivery management easy to operate, reliable and secure, and can be easily customizes to customers’ specific processes.

•   Card Feeding Module
Card Feeding Magazine: 500 ISO flat cards, or 200 embossed cards
Card Feeding: Vacuum Suction with auxiliary pushing mechanisms

•   Chip Reading Module
Chip reading station enables high accuracy reading of contact and contactless smart cards

•   Vision Recognition Module
Advanced OCR (Optical Character Recognition ) technologies provide card artwork, barcode and characters recognition ability.

•   Sorting & Output Module
Output magazine capacity: 500 ISO flat cards, or 200 embossed cards
Each Sorting module has 10 output magazines
Addition of modules will meet drivers specific requirements.

Full range of magnetic stripe reading capabilities

•   Sorting Software
The cards are sorted by recognized data which is fed back by different modules.
All sorting parameters can be customized according to customer’s requirements.

Enough Spare Parts Preparation for you…
Engineer to customer’s site for training & repairment
Our equipments have 12 months for quality guarantee after sale. If the equipments do not work because of self cause, we will do free service and change the damaged spare parts.
We will do life-long maintenance for all of our sold equipments. After quality guarantee period, if you can not maintain the equipments by self, we are under an obligation to go to work place and assist you to make maintenance. The cost of spare parts as well as expenses of traveling and man-hour of worker will be negotiated separately. Spare parts will be supported whether during guarantee period or not.
After have finished maintenance, our service engineer will do training for the operators in plenty of time so that operators can be ensured to independently make operation, debugging and daily plant maintenance.

A: We accept payment by L/C, T/T, Western Union. Sorry while credit card is not available nowadays.

A: Shipping via your courier account. Or shipping via our DHL, FedEx, UPS, airline account, customer is responsible for freight.
